• I-291 Traffic Pattern Changing Wednesday At Bissell Bridge (patch.com) — Drivers in South Windsor who use I-291 westbound over the Bissell Bridge will see the work zone shift Wednesday as the right lane closes and traffic moves into a single 11-foot-wide left lane. The lane change is part of a multi-year, $16.9 million rehabilitation project that includes paving, safety upgrades and structural repairs, with schedules subject to weather and other conditions.
