David Burch, 65, of 5 Maple Place, Middletown, was charged with third-degree identity theft, third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

June 2

Michael Blair, 49, of 28 Lorraine Ct., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension, no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding.

June 3

David Lanz, 34, of B-9 St. Marc Cir., South Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts).

June 5

Jayden Chamberland, 18, of 33 Manor Ln., South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
