Shaddea Shaw, 25, of 51 Imlay St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree larceny.
- Shaw’s charge stems from a December 2015 incident in which a customer at a Buckland Road retail store left her car keys on a counter accidentally. When she returned to the counter the keys were gone as was her vehicle. Store surveillance footage captured the image of a woman taking the keys and the car. The vehicle was later located in Manchester. Investigators identified Shaw as the person seen taking the keys and vehicle and later obtained an arrest warrant for her. The warrant was executed Thursday, and she was held on $5,000 bond. Shaw will be presented Thursday at Manchester Superior Court.
