South Windsor Police Charge Three with Violating a Protective Order
Recent arrests by the South Windsor Police Department.

The following information has been provided by the South Windsor Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
Criminal Violation of a Protective Order:
- On Friday, June 5, South Windsor Police arrested Santos Melendez, 37, of 83 Main Street in Newington. Melendez was charged with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order and risk of injury to a minor. Melendez was later released on a $75,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on June 8.
- On Friday, June 5, South Windsor Police arrested Kerstin Pellett, 38, of 892 Main St. in South Windsor. Pellett was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct. She was later released on a $5,000 non-surety bond. She is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on June 8.
- On Thursday, June 4, South Windsor Police arrested Harry Hernandez-Serrano, 40, of 104 Rosalyn Street in Hartford, at Manchester Superior Court where he was being held on other charges. He was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and was held on $50,000 surety bond. Hernandez-Serrano was later arraigned at Manchester Superior Court Thursday morning.
