South Windsor Police Issue Infractions for Click It or Ticket Campaign

From the South Windsor Police Department:

The South Windsor Police Department and the Metro Traffic Services Regional Partnership hosted a Click It or Ticket high visibility safety belt campaign on Friday, November 28th.

Officers issued 33 infractions and warned motorists for equipment violations.

With the 2014 holiday travel period fast approaching, Connecticut’s law enforcement agencies intend to promote safe driving and increase protection for all motorists. Funding for this effort has been provided through the Department of Transportation.

Metro Traffic Services is a regional partnership for traffic safety which includes South Windsor, Manchester, Coventry, Windsor, Enfield, East Windsor, Vernon, Glastonbury, Windsor Locks, and Bloomfield.
