SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - A Massachusetts man has been arrested in connection with the theft of 20 cell phones from an Evergreen Walk store in February.

Ralaehk Martin, 19, of Dedham, Mass., was charged with second-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny. Bond was set at $60,000, which was reduced to $15,000 at his arraignment in Manchester Superior Court. He is still in custody, according to judicial records.

The charge stems from a Feb. 2016 case in which several suspects stole 20 cell phones valued at about $12,000 from the Apple Store at Evergreen Walk, Deputy Chief Scott Custer said.
