South Windsor Police Make Arrests in Domestic Disputes

South Windsor Police recently arrested two people in separate domestic disputes.

Police responded to a domestic dispute at a Pleasant Valley Road condominium at about 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 5.

Officers learned that a man had argued with another resident, overturning furniture and shoving the victim, according to police.

Officers arrested the man, Brandon Ross, 31, of 949 Pleasant Valley Road. He was charged with disorderly conduct and was held on a $2,500 surety bond. Ross was presented at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday, Oc. 6.

On Tuesday, Oct. 6 at about 5 p.m., South Windsor Police responded to a domestic dispute that had occurred on Watson Farm Drive.

Officers learned that a woman had punched her boyfriend in the head as they sat and argued in a parked vehicle, according to police.

Officers arrested the woman, Lilliana Tirado, 29, of 35 Brown Street, Hartford. She was charged with breach of peace and was later released on $5,000 non-surety bond. Tirado was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday, Oct. 7.
