SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Police are seeking a 35-year-old man in connection with a phone call made to a local gym in which the caller threatened to shoot employees Wednesday.The South Windsor Police Department holds an active arrest warrant for Kenneth Reddick, of no certain address, for second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, Deputy Chief Scott Custer said.Reddick's charges stem from a July 20 incident in which he reportedly called the unidentified gym and threatened to shoot staff there with an M-16 rifle, Custer said.
