On Saturday, September 7, 2013, at Our Savior Lutheran Church, State Rep. Bill Aman (R-South Windsor) joined Boy Scout Troop 62 of South Windsor to honor Scout Christian David Arildsen who has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
Christian’s Eagle Scout project was in South Windsor at Our Savior Lutheran Church, where the toddler playground needed to be fixed due to constant flooding. It was excavated and leveled, sand and gravel spread, pavers were laid so that the children could ride their trikes, and new woodchips were spread so that they could play safely on their other toys.
