South Windsor Resident Promoted at Duncaster
Michelle Moreno RDN, CD-N, of South Windsor, was recently promoted to Dietary Supervisor in Duncaster's Caleb Hitchcock memory care neighbor

Michelle Moreno RDN, CD-N, of South Windsor, was recently promoted to Dietary Supervisor in Duncaster’s Caleb Hitchcock memory care neighborhood. In this position, Moreno will be overseeing all dietary and nutrition services, clinically and from a food service standpoint.
This is Moreno’s seventh year working at Duncaster. Previously she held the position of Clinical Dietitian. She also worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Hebrew Healthcare. She is a registered dietitian nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, licensed by the state of Connecticut Department of Public Health and holds a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.
Moreno received her B.S., in Dietetics and Nutrition from Saint Joseph College in 2006 and is currently working toward her M.S. in Nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph.
