South Windsor Sets Public Information Meeting on Reconstruction of Nevers Road

Session will take place on Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. in Town Council Chambers.

From the South Windsor Engineering Department:

The Town of South Windsor has developed preliminary design plans for the reconstruction of Nevers Road from Lake Street to Collins Crossing for a length of approximately 2,250 feet. The proposed improvements include full-depth reconstruction of the roadway, drainage improvements, and construction of new concrete sidewalks on both sides of Nevers Road.

A public information meeting has been scheduled on Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at the Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue. All persons interested in this project are welcome to attend this meeting to review the plans and provide input. The Town’s Consultant, as well as Town staff will be available to answer any questions or address any concerns that the public may have.
