South Windsor Teen Arrested on Drug Charges

A South Windsor teen was recently arrested on drug charges.
South Windsor police arrested Jonathan Halligan, 18, of 73 Heatherwood Drive, on Oct. 9 after an officer found him allegedly in possession of prescription drugs that were not in a prescription bottle, and were not believed to be his, according to a press release.
Police said Halligan also had a small amount of marijuana with him.

Halligan was arrested on charges of possession of less than 1/2 ounce marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and failure to keep prescription narcotics in original container. He was later released on $1,500 non-surety bond and was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Oct. 23.
