South Windsor Woman Arrested Twice for Domestic Disputes

The woman was charged for separate incidents that occurred on back-to-back days.

A South Windsor woman was arrested twice last week in connection to two domestic disputes on back-to-back days.

South Windsor police responded to a domestic dispute at a King Street home on Sunday, July 5. Officers learned that a woman had thrown a window planter at a parked car and dented it.

Officers arrested the woman, Sharon Hodge, 52, of 485 King St., and charged her with third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Hodge was held on $7,500 surety bond and was presented at Manchester Superior Court on Monday, July 6.

The next day, police arrested her on a warrant for a July 4 complaint that she had struck a resident at her King Street home, according to Lt. Scott Custer.

Hodge left prior to the police arrival and an arrest warrant was later obtained.

She was charged with breach of peace and was later released on a promise to appear. Hodge was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on July 8.
