Vernon Man Accused of Criminal Trespass in South Windsor

A Vernon man was recently arrested in South Windsor for allegedly returning to his former employers’ property after being warned not to be on the property, according to a police press release.

Brian Miltz, 37, of 103 Loveland Hill Road in Vernon, was arrested Oct. 22 on a warrant for the September incident. He was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

Miltz was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Oct. 30.
