• Man seriously injured in Windham crash after dump truck crushes car, police say (darientimes.com) — A 21-year-old Sprague resident suffered life-threatening injuries Wednesday when a dump truck swerved into his lane on Route 32 in Windham and rolled onto his Subaru, according to state police. He was first taken to Backus Hospital, then flown to another facility, while three others from nearby towns were treated for minor injuries as the investigation continues.
