Downed Tree Closes Section Of State Road In Stafford
High winds overnight knocked down a tree along a sate road in Stafford.
STAFFORD, CT — High winds from the storm that hit Connecticut overnight knocked a tree onto some wires, Friday, forcing the closure of a section of state Route 19 in Stafford.
The incident occurred at 7:35 a.m., state Department of Transportation officials said.
RT 19 was Closed at VLK Road while crews cleaned up the scene.
