While on a speed enforcement detail, a trooper saw a gray Honda Accord with New York plates whiz past him at 100 mph on a laser, according to an arrest report. Despite the Honda weaving in and out of traffic, the trooper was able to catch up to it and the driver, a 35-year-old Bronx resident named Francisco Arturo Mejiabaez, pulled over to the left, according to an arrest report.
