Man Airlifted To Hospital After Tree Falls On Him In Stafford, Authorities Say
An accident involving a tree led to a medevac situation in Stafford Tuesday.
STAFFORD, CT — An elderly man was airlifted to an area hospital Tuesday after a tree fell on him in Stafford, authorities said.
The incident took place at about 2:40 p.m. at 42 Patten Road in Stafford.
Initial scanner reports indicated the man may have been pinned under the tree at the lower extremities.

He was transported by Life Star helicopter for evaluation, authorities said. His condition was not immediately available Tuesday evening, but authorities said the injuries were serious.
