Stafford Man Dies Following Gas Station Crash In Enfield
The crash into an attendant's booth at an Enfield gas station took place early Wednesday afternoon; the driver died shortly thereafter.

ENFIELD, CT — Police have identified the driver of a pickup truck which crashed into a gas station attendant's booth Wednesday afternoon, and who later died at a Springfield hospital.
Lewis Dorman, 65, of 8 South Road in Stafford, was driving a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck around 2:09 p.m. Wednesday when it crashed into the booth at the Stop & Shop gas station on Hazard Avenue.
Dorman was pronounced dead shortly thereafter at Baystate Medical Center.

Police are awaiting a medical examination Thursday for further information on Dorman's cause of death, Chief Alaric Fox said.
The crash remains under investigation by the Enfield Police Department Traffic Division. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Paul Dubiel at 860-763-6400 ext. 1322.
