Stafford Woman Charged for Several Stalking Incidents: Cops

A Stafford woman's stalking incidents include cutting someone off in traffic, state police said.

STAFFORD, CT — A Stafford woman is accused of stalking a man despite having a protective order, state police said.

Roseann Allen, 35, of Stafford, was arrested on a warrant on March 15, according to an arrest report. She was charged with third-degree stalking, violating a protective order, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct, according to a report.

Allen is accused of showing up at the victim's doorstep at 6:30 one morning in February and continuously ringing the doorbell.

She is also accused of slapping the victim in the face in a driveway and.

Harassment incidents also involved the victim's place of employment and cutting in front of the victim's car in traffic and coming to an abrupt stop, according to a warrant.
