MANSFIELD, CT — Brandon Prince, 19, of Willington, was charged with burglary and larceny, both in the third degree, state police said. He is accused of being involved in an all-terrain vehicle theft in Mansfield, according to a report.

TOLLAND, CT — Steven Lescoe, 31, of Kensington, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence, according to an arrest report. A motorist on Interstate-84 called state police to report an erratic driver and state police then arrested Lescoe, according to a report.
March 18
MANSFIELD, CT — Matthew Deason, 23, of Stafford, was charged with driving while under suspension, evading responsibility and a lane violation, according to an arrest report. He is accused of swerving from the northbound lane on Route 195 near the University of Connecticut campus, hitting an oncoming car in the southbound lane and then fleeing, according to an arrest report. He was found shortly afterward on campus, state police said.
WILLINGTON, CT — Robert Lathrop, 39, of Willington, was charged with disorderly conduct, according to an arrest report. He was involved in an altercation on Jordan Sparks Road, state police said.
VERNON, CT — Gustavo Gallego, 48, of East Hartford, was charged with driving while using a hand-held device and driving under the influence, according to a report. Callers on Interstate-84 initially reported an erratic driver at 12:20 a.m., according to a report.
