VERNON, CT — At 8:43 p.m., a black Mercedes was stopped o Interstate 84, according to an arrest report. Rachel Lee MacLeod, 30, was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance after crack cocaine was located, according to an arrest report.

VERNON, CT — Jason McMeans, 40, of Ellington, was charged with reckless driving and drunken driving after being pulled over for speeding, according to an arrest report. He was clocked at 97 mph, according to an arrest report. He failed a series of field sobriety tests, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT — A Mansfield, MA, man was pulled over for speeding in Mansfield, CT and at 12:06 a.m. on Route 44 westbound, just east of Route 195, state police said. The man, 23-year-old Matthew Kall, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions and drunken driving, according to an arrest report.

VERNON, CT — A Stafford man was charged with driving under the influence at 8:45 p.m., according to an arrest report. Benjamin Dowding, 29, was located in a black Lexus completely stopped in the eastbound HOV lane near the exit 64-65 interchange, according to an arrest report.

TOLLAND, CT — Kevin Pell, 38, of Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving at 12:31 a.m. on Interstate-84, state police said. He failed sobroety tests at the scene, according to an arrest report.
