SOMERS, CT — Sheila Eatmon, 21, of Somers, was charged with third-degree assault on an elderly person and disorderly conduct, state police said. She is accused of pushing a 64-year-old during an argument and causing him to fall back and hit his head, according to an arrest report.
WILLINGTON, CT — Charles Phinney, 69, of Mansfield, was charged with second-degree threatening for an incident on River Road, state police said. He is accused of holding someone against her will. according to an arrest report.

STAFFORD, CT — Nicholas Nassar, of Wales, MA, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, according to an arrest report. Police were called to Furnace Avenue at 9:34 p.m. and had to separate Nassar and a juvenile, according to an arrest report.
TOLLAND, CT — James Andrew Wiley, 21, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief, according to an arrest report. He was involved in a disturbance, left the scene and police were unable to find him with a dog unit, according to a report. He was tracked down sometime after at his Walbridge Hill Road home.
