Trooper Chases Down BMW traveling at 110 MPH
A state trooper chased down a car going 110 mph on I-84.
WILLINGTON, CT — A New York man was clocked at 110 mph on a stretch of Interstate-84 and was arrested for reckless driving, state police said.
On Monday at 5:43 p.m., a trooper was on a speed enforcement detail on Interstate-84 in Willington when a white BMW M3 went barreling by him. The car registered 110 mph and 106 mph on a laser unit, according to an arrest report.
The trooper chased down the BMW and 20-year-old Jon Dhimolea was charged, according to an arrest report.
