Unlicensed Driver Clocked At 118 MPH on I-84 In Willington: Police
A traffic stop in Willington led to a trio of charges against a New York man, state police said.
WILLINGTON, CT — A unlicensed driver clocked at better than 100 miles per hour on a stretch of Interstate 84 in Willington is facing a trio of criminal charges, state police said.
According to a state police arrest report, at 8:49 a.m. Friday, state police encountered a 27-year-old man from Plainfield, NY, heading east on Interstate 84 in Willington at 118 mph.
He was pulled over and charged with reckless driving, second-degree reckless endangerment and driving without a license, state police said.
