173-Unit Apartment Building Approved In Stamford

STAMFORD, CT — FEE FD Stamford LLC, 507/523 Canal Street & 46 John Street, received approval from the Planning and Zoning Board to construct an apartment building with 173 units, according to meeting minutes.

Besides the 173 units, the plans include indoor and outdoor amenities and onsite parking, along with associated landscaping and site improvements.

The project was approved by a 5-0 vote.
