2024 Stamford Arts & Culture Grant Winners Announced

STAMFORD, CT — Mayor Caroline Simmons and the Stamford Arts and Culture Commission recently announced the winners of the 2024 Stamford Arts & Culture (SAC) Grant.

The commission received over 28 grant applications with over $300,000 in grant aid requested. Grantees were selected for funding based on their commitment to providing quality programs that are accessible, diverse, and innovative for Stamford residents and add to Stamford’s artistic and cultural scene.

"I want to express my gratitude to the Stamford Arts and Culture Commission for their work on these grants," Simmons said in a news release. "Arts and cultural organizations play an important role in the vibrancy of our city, and the continued diversity of this year’s grants recipients demonstrates the extensive arts and culture scene in Stamford. I look forward to seeing these projects enrich our city."

For over 20 years, the SAC grant has provided numerous Stamford-based arts and cultural organizations with funding to pioneer special projects within the city.
