$50,000 Winning Scratch-Off Ticket Sold In Stamford

STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford resident recently hit it big after winning $50,000 from a scratch-off ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident won the prize from the $1,000,000 Extreme Cash game. The CT Lottery website notes the ticket costs $30, with a grand prize of a $1 million annuity.

The ticket was purchased from a gas station convenience store located at 910 High Ridge Road.

There are just 25 $50,000 winners out of 3.1 million tickets of the game.
