A couple of things to mention. As the snow falls and the temps drop I look at our dogs and am reminded of the petition I recently signed in regards to the city needing a new building for the humane society. As much as the employees and volunteers can do for the animals at the shelter they are limited by the building itself. I encourage everyone to sign the petition or speak with your representitive to try and help the shelter get a new home. We believe in helping out and rescuing. The dog pictured is our almost 12 yr old Shiba Inu Jinx. He is losing his hearing and his sight, has arthritis as well as other issues. Despite all that, we would rescue again in an instant. The next thing is I am looking for donations. Now before you shake your head and close the page hear me out. I am joining up with members of the Stamford Fire Dept. to do a St Baldricks shaving.
