Stamford-based AIFS Releases Study Abroad/Career Guide

The American Institute For Foreign Study (AIFS) (www.aifs.com) has released the AIFS Student Guide to Study Abroad and Career Development.

The goal of the guide is to provide students with a framework to understand the impact and added value of study abroad for their career development. AIFS, a leading study abroad and cultural exchange organization located in Stamford, believes that students will benefit from considering the career implications of their decision to study abroad.

“Studying abroad is a phenomenal experience,” states William L. Gertz, President and CEO of AIFS. “There are myriad benefits for students and now more than ever, the choice to study abroad has far reaching ramifications for a young person’s career development. This guide will help students take all factors into consideration when choosing their study abroad destination.”
