Arrests Made In Stamford Strongarm Robbery: Police
The incident occurred on the evening of Nov. 14.

STAMFORD, CT — Two suspects have been arrested in connection with a Nov. 14 strongarm robbery on Ludlow Street in Stamford, according to authorities.
The 31-year-old victim suffered minor injuries in the attack when he was beaten by two assailants and struck in the head with a hard object. He was treated for those injuries in Stamford Hospital.
According to Stamford Police Lt. Thomas Scanlon, the crime occurred at about 5:50 p.m. in the 100 block on Ludlow Street.

"The suspects stole the content of the victim’s wallet and his cellphone and fled in different directions," said Scanlon in a statement. "The victim chased one suspect and a fight later ensued where the suspect displayed a firearm. Both suspects were not located on the night of this incident."
Members of the Stamford Police Major Crimes Unit were able to identify two suspects in the attack - one of whom is a juvenile - and members of the Stamford Police Special Response Team and Southwest Regional Emergency Response Team searched their homes on Nov. 21.

Arrested on Nov. 28 were Stamford resident Deandre Parsons, 21, and the Stamford juvenile whose identity is not being released due to his age.
Parsons was charged with first-degree Robbery and Conspiracy at second-degree Robbery. He is currently on parole and was Remanded to state custody.
The juvenile was charged with second-degree Robbery and Conspiracy at second-degree Robbery.
