STAMFORD, CT — A winning lottery ticket worth $25,000 was recently sold in Stamford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
A Stamford resident, who wished to remain anonymous, won $25,000 on a KENO ticket that was sold at Happy House General Store at 501 Glenbrook Rd., according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
