Olivia, who holds a 4.0 GPA and a place on the honor roll, is recognized for her exemplary leadership at both school and the Club.

Stamford, CT — The Boys & Girls Club of Stamford is proud to announce that Olivia Beliard, a sophomore at Stamford High School, has been named the organization’s 2026 Youth of the Year.

Olivia, who holds a 4.0 GPA and a place on the honor roll, is recognized for her exemplary leadership at both school and the Club. Since joining the Club eleven years ago as a quiet observer, Olivia has transformed into an influential leader and force in Club life. She actively participates in the Club’s Keystone leadership program, is a dedicated member of the UpNext Junior Staff, captained the BGCS Majorette Dance Team (following in the footsteps of her sister and coach, Dasha Beliard), and plays varsity basketball for Stamford High. “Olivia leads by example, supporting her peers, volunteering her time and talents, and uplifting everyone around her,” said Club CEO Craig Baker. “She embodies the values and spirit of the Boys & Girls Club and inspires those around her every day.”
