Full-Day Event on June 5 Brings Together Women Leaders for Keynotes, Panel Discussions, and Networking
The Women's Mentoring Network, Inc. announced today that it will host Thrive Together 2026: A Professional Development Conference on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Synchrony Financial, located at 777 Long Ridge Road, Stamford, CT. Professional women from across Fairfield and Westchester counties will gather for a full day of career development, expert-led panel discussions, and meaningful community connection. Women’s Mentoring Network is grateful to Synchrony Financial for providing the space for the event.
The conference is designed to help women at all career stages advance professionally, build financial confidence, and cultivate the networks and relationships that will ultimately translate to career advancement..

The event will open with a keynote from the Band of Sisters - a collective of six former PepsiCo executives who built lasting professional relationships over nearly three decades together at the company. Now authors, speakers, and advocates, the Band of Sisters will speak to the group about workplace cultures, the importance of gender equity, and inclusiveness.. All conference attendees will receive a complimentary copy of their book.

The day's programming will feature four expert-led panel discussions covering:
