Join Tanya Aviles-Therrien, Founder of Breathe Body & Balance, LLC, Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Specialist, for an engaging Menopause Wellness Workshop designed to help you better understand what’s happening in your body and learn practical, evidence-based strategies to support your health, strength, energy, and confidence.
