Canine Stars Stunt Dog Show And Adoption Event Coming To Stamford

The family-friendly event promises an exciting day of spectacular performances and community spirit.

STAMFORD, CT —The Canine Stars Stunt Dog Show and a community adoption event are coming to Stamford and the Palace Theatre on Dec. 28.

Sponsored locally by Magna Construction, the family-friendly event promises an exciting day of spectacular performances and community spirit. The Canine Stars, featured on "America's Got Talent," champion the message that any dog can become a star and a cherished family member.

In partnership with leading area rescues Red Leash Rescue, Lucky Dog Refuge CT Stamford Animal Control, Animals R Family, and Project Precious Rescue, the event will also offer adoption opportunities before the performance, giving attendees a chance to find a new best friend and family member.

The preshow adoption event will be open to Canine Stars ticketholders at 2 p.m. and the performance will begin at 3 p.m.

"We are delighted to embark on this important partnership with Magna Construction and our fine local pet rescues to make an impact in finding homes," said Palace Theatre President and CEO Michael E. Moran, Jr. in a news release. "We are proud to further the mission of the Canine Stars performance, which is that any dog, of any breed, at any age, is worthy of a home and can be a success story... We look forward to the public getting to know our amazing rescue partners who work day in and day out to save discarded animals and help them find permanent and loving homes. Rescue one until there's none."
