Comedian Bill Cosby's Stamford Show Is Cancelled

The Palace Theatre cites scheduling conflicts, not recent rape allegations as reason for show cancellation.

Embattled comedian Bill Cosby’s performance scheduled for June at the Palace Theatre has been cancelled.

Palace Theatre officials said the cancellation of the June 20, 2015 show is due to scheduling conflicts on the comedian’s tour and unrelated to recent rape allegations made against Cosby, according to The Stamford Times.

“Bill Cosby is not appearing here, but it has nothing to do with these allegations,” the Palace Theatre’s Executive Director Michael Moran said, according to the report.
