Stamford-Based Owner Of Poland Spring To Merge With Canadian Company: Report

STAMFORD, CT — BlueTriton, the Stamford-based owner of Poland Spring, has agreed to merge with Canada-based company Primo Water, according to a report from Harford Business Journal.

The new company will be called NewCo, with headquarters in Tampa, Fla., and Stamford, Hartford Business Journal said.

The deal is expected to close during the first half of 2025, and generate a combined net revenue of $6.5 billion for the 12-month period ended March 31, 2024, Hartford Business Journal noted.

According to their website, BlueTriton's portfolio also includes bottled water brands like Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ozarka, Zephyrhills, Pure Life, Saratoga, and more.

Primo Water offers multi-gallon bottled water jugs, dispensers, breakroom supplies and other accessories. Notably, the company owns Crystal Rock.
