Details Announced For 2024 Stamford Downtown Winter Restaurant Weeks

STAMFORD, CT — Stamford Downtown has announced its 2024 Winter Restaurant Weeks will begin Feb. 19 and turn through March 3.

Over 30 downtown-area restaurants will participate in the event, which will feature prix fixe menus ranging in price from $15 to $20 for lunch, $30 to $55 for dinner plus special promotions.

Winter Restaurant Weeks pricing is not valid with any third-party ordering systems (including GrubHub, DoorDash or UberEats).

Diners should contact participating restaurants directly to order takeout, although dine-in reservations are recommended.

Stamford Downtown and participating restaurants will be partnering with Food Rescue US.

"Food Rescue US is proud to join forces with Stamford Downtown Winter Restaurant Weeks to ensure that surplus food is redirected to New Covenant Center serving those in need, reducing food waste and combating hunger in Stamford and the surrounding communities," said Karen Saggese, Food Rescue US - Fairfield County co-site director, in a news release.

"Restaurants play a pivotal role in not only reducing food waste but also in educating customers and fostering a more sustainable and inclusive food system."

As a special bonus for patrons, The Avon Theatre Film Center is offering an opportunity to receive one free medium popcorn with a purchase of a general admission ticket. Diners should ask for an Avon voucher when dining.
