Don't Miss: Caring For Our Aging Parents, October 22 Breakfast Event

Jane Gross, NYT eldercare expert provides valuable information to manage the caretaking role. Limited seats remain!

Limited seats are still available for the SilverSource Autumn Breakfast which will address the topic of caring for our aging parents. Jane Gross, an expert on the subject of elder care, will be the featured speaker along with Elizabeth “Betsy” Ritter, the State Commissioner on Aging, who will open the event with unique insights on older adults in America.

Gross is the author of “A Bittersweet Season: Caring for Our Aging Parents – and Ourselves.” With a 30-year career at the New York Times, and founder of “The New Old Age” blog at the Times, she will share her findings through years of writing on aging. Come hear her enlightening, and ultimately redemptive journey as she cared for her own mother, a journey that provided valuable information she says she wishes she had known sooner. Event attendees will learn more about the age wave, as well as valuable lessons for managing the emotional toll and demands on time that are part of the caretaking role.

The SilverSource Autumn Breakfast takes place on Thursday, October 22 at the Crowne Plaza, located at 2701 Summer St, Stamford, CT.
