Driver Hospitalized After Crash In Stamford: Police
The crash closed a portion of the roadway for over an hour Wednesday night, according to police.
STAMFORD, CT — A driver was hospitalized Wednesday night following a single-car crash in Stamford, according to police.
The crash closed a portion of Haig Avenue between Gray Farms Road and Knox Road for over an hour. Sgt. Jeffrey Booth of the Stamford Police Department told Patch it appears the driver suffered some sort of medical issue and drove off the roadway.
Booth said the last information he received noted the driver was stable at the hospital.
