STAMFORD, CT — Stamford public schools will dismiss early on Wednesday due to impending snow and rain, according to an announcement from the school district.

For Stamford, the National Weather Service said snow will occur this morning, mixing with rain later on. A daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch is possible. The high will be around 35 degrees.
