Fairfield County's Community Foundation welcomes Stamford's Cardwell to its board of directors
Brandon Cardwell brings wealth of experience to the Community Foundation

Fairfield County’s Community Foundation is pleased to welcome Brandon Cardwell of Stamford to its board of directors.
Mr. Cardwell was recently elected to serve a three-year term. He brings a wealth of experience to help the Community Foundation make an impact throughout the region.
Cardwell is a business consultant for indeed.com, a Stamford-based Internet search engine for employment. Formerly he was a search engine marketing analyst for Publicis Modem, a digital advertising agency.

Cardwell is a 2008 graduate of University of Connecticut with a BA degree in mass media, popular culture and entrepreneurship. On campus he was actively involved in several student organizations: He was a founding member and president of a record label (Husky Entertainment), assistant production manager at the university’s radio station (WHUS) and director of advertising for the university’s TV station (UCTV).
Fairfield County’s Community Foundation promotes philanthropy as a means to create change in Fairfield County, focusing on innovative and collaborative solutions to critical issues impacting the community. Individuals, families, corporations and organizations can establish charitable funds or contribute to existing funds. The Community Foundation is in compliance with the Council on Foundations’ national standards, and has awarded $180 million in grants to nonprofits in Fairfield County and beyond.
