Girl Reported Missing From Stamford, Police Ask Public For Help

STAMFORD, CT — Police are asking for the public's help to locate a girl who was reported missing from Stamford this week.

Peyton Lovett was last seen by her mother when she returned home around 12 p.m. on Aug. 31, police said, noting Lovett left her home on the west side of Stamford on foot and walked eastbound on Tresser Boulevard, possibly to the train station.

Police did not provide a description or say how old Lovett is, only describing her as a "juvenile." *Photo posted below

"Peyton could be walking with a limp. Peyton's family believes she could have returned to NYC, which is where she has been located in the past," police said.
