Neither rain nor sleet nor super storm snow kept homer buyers from negotiations that resulted in six accepted offers in Darien last week.
Results in other residential real estate categories, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Six new listings of property for sale;
-- Four price changes;
-- Two properties going under contract, and
-- Three closings.
