New listings and closings led the way in Darien's residential real estate results for the week ending today.
The 11 new listings of properties for sale ranged in asking price from $699,900 to $3,995,000.
There were eight closings, ranging in closing price from $475,000 to $2,730,000.
Results in other categories, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Six price changes;
-- One accepted offer, and
-- Two properties going under contract.
