Man Floods Stamford Courthouse Jail Wednesday: PD
The courthouse had to be evacuated Wednesday.

STAMFORD, CT — A man was arrested after he flooded the courthouse jailin Stamford by pulling a sprinkler pipe off the ceiling, according to police.
Angel Rios, 52, triggered the courthouse fire alarm Wednesday and forced the building to be evacuated, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Prisoners had to be taken to Department of Correction facilities and were given a one-day continuance because they couldn't be housed in the courthouse jail.
