Man Previously Reported Mising Located, Stamford Police Say

STAMFORD, CT — Stamford police said a man who was previously reported missing has been found and relocated with his family.

The department had asked on social media for the public's help to find the man on Friday.

"We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone throughout the City of Stamford who shared the post, remained vigilant, and assisted in bringing this search to a conclusion," police said in an updateSaturday.

"The overwhelming support from our community once again demonstrates the power of coming together when someone is in need. A special thank you to the Stamford Police Department, our public safety partners, and every member of the community who played a role in helping reunite this family."
