Mayor Announces Plan to Open Stamford Veterans' Resource Center

Stamford Mayor David Martin has appointed Citizens' Service Supervisor Frank Fedeli as the city's new Veterans' Service Coordinator.

Mayor David Martin has announced the appointment of Citizen’s Service Supervisor Frank Fedeli to serve as the veterans’ service contact person for the City of Stamford.

Fedeli will be charged with assisting local veterans in gaining access and information to services and leading the newly-established Veterans’ Resource Center scheduled to open this fall.

“We have a dedicated community of veterans here in Stamford, who served with distinction in order protect us and the freedoms we have come to enjoy. All too often, they find themselves unable to secure the support they need and deserve. The Veterans’ Resource Center will help address this problem by providing veterans with a local contact who can help them obtain access to public and private resources,” Martin said in a statement.
