STAMFORD, CT — A 21-year-old Stamford man was seriously injured Friday afternoon in a collision between a motorcycle and a car, according to police.

At approximately 2:42 p.m., police said a 2010 Yamaha R6 motorcycle driven by the 21-year-old was traveling eastbound on Broad Street, while a 2013 Chrysler 200, driven by a 27-year-old Norwalk resident, was heading westbound on Broad Street.

At an intersection, police said the Chrysler attempted a left turn onto Greyrock Place when it struck the motorcyclist who was intending on continuing straight on Broad Street.
